I'm guessing he told them that they were all already infected and that it dosent matter how you die, you will turn into a zombie anyways when you die.

After starting out strong, I felt the show kind of plateaued. Still however, I am looking forward to the next season.
Two questions: what happened to the black guy and his son? What happened to the guy who got his hand cut off?

Interesting... but I'm not in that camp, simply because our protagonist is too righteous. Grimes wouldn't take that chance, especially with everyone piling into the vehicles at the end, making chances of biting / infection that much easier.

Interesting, though. My thought is that he told him of another potential installation somewhere else that is developing a cure. Although I don't know why that would be such a secret then.

You realize that they probably filmed this finale months before they found out they got picked up for Season 2 right??

If this show was a huge fail, they would have ended the season as they left it last night.

I'm starting to think the reason this season was so short is because they didn't wanna invest money into a 13 episode season on a show like this. AMC must not have been too confident in the premise. They invested the money into 13 episodes of Rubicon and that won't be back next year and that show left about a million questions left unanswered.

I want to like this show, I really do, but it always does something to annoy me. This is going to sound like bitching, but for a show about zombies, there sure is a hell of a lot of melodrama.

I think the first 3 episodes were the best. The 4th and 5th were weak and the 6th was good.

There is a lot left out that I thought they would put into the finale. Mearl, the black guy and his son (I forget their names right now), etc. I haven't read the comic in a while so I am not sure how it goes, but I'll read that and find out. haha

Sucks that next season doesn't air until Halloween again, that is over 10 months away.

Those are pretty much my complaints. I get that it is based upon a comic book but this is a TV show and people like to be entertained in a different fashion.

More zombies/searching for stuff would be way better than "I done slept with my best friends wife derr!@!"

The storyline on TV is pretty different from the comic. Which is great. If it followed the comic story for story it would be pretty boring to watch.

All i can say is I can't wait for the Governor to appear.

It's been following the story a little bit but there are some pretty huge differences so far.

But if you still want the comics then the graphic novels are pretty cheap and contain about 6 issues each. I think you can even buy omnibus books which contains 25 comics per book and a compendium which has 48 issues per book.
