But that would mean that any partially blocked kick that hits the upright should be a live ball? Huh, pretty sure I've seen it called otherwise.

Maybe the CFL rule differs from the NFL rule or something?
The CFL has some strange rules.

I just have no idea how you think that the refs are on sask's side.
If they were, you'd think the call would go against the stamps on that play.
