I refuse to deal in modern vernacular and only refer to women with 1920's-30's era terms like dolls, dames, and skirts.

I pretty much stick to "women" or "ladies". Seems like just about anything else runs you the risk of being labelled as misogynist or pedo ("girls").

I don't know if there's ever a time or place where referring to yourself as a CEO isn't self-aggrandizing, but there's some cut-off of business size where it's also ridiculous.
