I don't have any issues with you. The only thing that really bothers me is when people are so damn sure they have the one true narrative and #### you if you disagree in the slightest. Or god forbid you change your mind. There is cluster of people here pouring brain power into finding gotcha moments wherever possible.

I'm certain no one actually has anything against you personally. But when you slip up and open yourself to being the communal punching bag, strangers will indulge. In the end, it's not necessarily about you the person, but the fact that people usually have things to get off their chest. And so if you're jumping up and down with a big target painted on your back cause you set them up for the alley-oop, they're going to dunk on you

I do enjoy your frog posts in the game threads. But yeah. Try and see these tests of fortitude on an anonymous platform as a good thing.

The biggest problem with CP lately is that it seems like everyone is taking themselves way too seriously. Someone made a joke about Bingo the paste eater and it made me wistful for the days when there actually were no ####s to give. Now there is a lot of ####ery, like most of the rest of the internet, and it definitely detracts.

I've said it before, but one of the best forums I've spent time it was basically unmoderated with a strong code of conduct heavily self-policed; trolls did not last long under withering and entertaining abuse. It changed, too though, and I don't really visit there much anymore.
CP was different as it always felt like a better group of individuals in general, very Canadian in a peace, order and good government way.

As for the ####wit Yoho, ignore (just actually ignoring him, not necessarily using the forum feature) is best. He's just a sad example of the type of person our culture has created and suddenly empowered with a voice and some dangerous ideas.
Best not to be distracted by his type. There are many important and or enjoyable things to discuss.

She is planting an NDP sign on her lawn this year and voting against Conservatives for the first time in her life. If you vote ndp, you'll be voting in a manner consistent with your values, I'm sure of it.

If you vote ucp, you will be responsible for causing hardship and hurt for fellow Albertans. As a business owner, I'll probably come out okay, though. Have been eyeing some new patio furniture for my vacation condo, so TIA if you vote ucp, I guess. I'm definitely the guy that needs government help.
