Well that was crap. Can't play against 8 guys.

Couldn't get a decent call; but even when they (finally) did...couldn't do anything with it.

I'm so fed up with the NHL right now. I'm basically done with it. Between Sportsnet and the annoying talking heads, the pathetic reffing and the crap play of the Flames in the last two games, they've finally beaten me.

I have little faith that they'll right this ship, I'm sad to say.

Or the team can just wake the #### up and play better in front of him. That would be nice too and probably give the same result.

Silver lining, if any, can’t think of one player who showed up tonight.

As Cecil said this must be rock bottom.

Can’t be any worse than we were tonight.

So disappointed.

Agreed

No other goalie changes the outcome tonight

It took the whole team working together to lose this one

It's about quality. Switch goalies and it's Smith your bitching about and talking about how Markstrom is outplaying him.
Gaudreau had a clear cut breakaway but just couldn’t score.

One comment about Smith

If he was really actually hit by Looch , he would have been pissed off and come up swinging

Well, it all comes down to Tuesday night for our Flames. Actually show up and win and it's a series. Play like the last 2 games and it gonna be a long and ugly summer.

Wasn’t expecting this result as they vowed to be better after game 2. There is still lots of time to turn this around and if they get the split in Edmonton we are in a much better place. What I don’t like to see is the number of goals they’ve given up to this team. Adversity could be a good thing for this group but I was hoping after the Dallas series that they would have figured out the effort and what it takes to win in the playoffs.

I’ve said it a couple of times now but I really thought Sutter would have been the key to putting together a plan to shut their top line down.So far no dice. Collectively, this group needs to be better. Hopefully they can turn this around in a hurry.

I disagree, had Looch drilled him he wouldn’t have got up…

We let in 4 consecutive goals in every game this series. Could never imagine this with Sutter team.

As did Backs in game 2 and 88 as well tonight. Goals on those would have been helpful.

Tanev just so important to this team. The one that barely gave up any goals in the regular season and Round 1.

Except to EDM. Sigh.

Series is likely over, Flames are afraid of McDri and are playing too tight plus Marky can't stop a beachball, only way we win this is if someone reminds them they have the better offense and just out-score them.

A few people, for sure.

But that's to be expected.

It's not the losses it's how the losses came about.
