Hanifin playing like an all star to start this season. That was a beauty read to create that turn over and scoring drive. Backs blew the covering for Hanifin that led to Stone goal.

Seriously, that was impressive as hell by Hanifin. Guys on another level this year.

IMO, it is primarily because of two (related) things:

1) they are not completing their passes very well so far, and every missed pass slows down their transition game (which is the source of all tehir speed and much of their offense

2) since the latter part of last season, teams have been playing the Flames more aggressively, pinching and cutting off passes. This has resulted in making #1 above, more prevalent.

They need to adjust. And they will.
