He has a Vezina trophy and a career sv% over .920? Also pretty good stats in international play.

Agreed. Boston isn't going anywhere with their goaltending, and the Leafs are too much of a disaster in their own end. I'm thinking it'll be either Tampa or the Pens in the east final.

I just don't see the Bruins winning this one.
-Ok goaltending
-Hot garbage in their own end
-Not getting any bounces. Everything is going Torontos way

Hard to imagine the Leafs can beat Tampa playing like this as you rarely see teams play this poor defensively advance unless they are playing a team with poor goaltending such as this series. I feel Tampa will make them pay much more for all those turnovers and breakdowns in their own end.

He does look like another one of those goaltenders that's great in the regular season but not the same guy in the playoffs.

Feel like the Leafs need one more goal to roll into the thrid with. Bostons going to push hard in the final 20.

I wouldn’t read into the Tampa series. They played a terrible team. These are 2 evenly matched teams.

The whole team is like that. Rask has played in 22 elimination games and has won 5.

Marchand: 2 goals in his past 22 playoff games.

Their stars tonight are Heinen and Debrusk.

The first line hasn't been very good outside of the first two games so yeah there's plenty of blame to go around. Neither team in this series has played well actually and the only difference is that Andersen has made big saves when the Leafs needed it.

My worst fear is coming true. The Leafs have a one goal lead and will sit on it and rely on Anderson to get them the win. Rask hasn't been a difference maker and that hurts.
