There's a lot that goes into getting to the level Spooner has gotten too - and it's silly of you to discredit his inability to summit the mountain known as the NHL by chalking it up to "dropping the ball" or not going "all out".

Sometimes, the skill just isn't there - and sometimes, it just takes longer to develop.

Yeah you're right he is giving everything he has it's just not enough to be an NHLer.

So congrats Wotherspoon for getting to be a career AHLer. Very few humans do that.

Wotherspoon is 24, the same age Giordano was when he had his first NHL season over 10 games played.

Not saying Wotherspoon is the next Giordano, but to call him a career AHLer is premature to say the least.
