That was my favourite season of Survivor up until this one. I also really enjoyed Heroes vs. Villains.. but that season took the cake as it was all first time players. Tom's tribe just absolutely dominated.
But this challenge was a Survivor defining moment. Eventually Ian makes the deal to fall on his sword and be voted out, or the challenge might have even went longer. 11 hours, 55 minutes. Since then we have not seen an endurance challenge that did not have multiple levels to it, IE gets more difficult.
The show was forced to change because the endurance challenges were risking permanent injury to the contestants.
I think it will come down to: Kelley, Jeremy, and Spencer in the finals with Kelley winning.
I just feel the way they have edited her this season gives me the thought she will win. I would also be happy with that final 3 as there are no "goats".
nah. You'd be completely foolish in this game if you did the honorable thing and bought your two strongest competitors into the finals against the Jury.
In fact I'm betting it would cost you votes.
Jury - "That's wiggity wack G, you were stupid enough to throw away a million dollars for what? Honor? It might be a honorable move G, but its completely wack and stupid."
Kimmi or Tasha will end up in that final three, mark my words . . . words words words.
Echo . . . echo . . . echo.
People will respect you more if you drag a weakling in front of the jury and watch them get pummeled while they proudly proclaim that their lame game was a strategy move.

Jeff Probst will probably troll us by announcing a big Star Wars spoiler instead of the winner.
And the winner of the title of Sole Survivor is.... CHEWIE IS LUKES MOM!!!!

Boot 1: Keith (Immunity Threat). Wentworth wins immunity
Boot 2: Kimmi (Double Idol Play... "For the First Time in 31 Seasons"... all votes nullified Kimmi goes out on the revote). Tasha wins immunity
Boot 3: Kelley (Jury Threat). Jeremy Wins Immunity
Final Three: Tasha, Jeremy, Spencer
By a vote of 9-1-0 the Winner and Sole Survivor is... Jeremy Collins! The one vote belongs to Kass who gives it to Spencer so that Tasha doesn't get a split of the 2nd place prize money.
Pregnant wife or not, Jeremy was winning regardless. He played a great all-around game.
That final six tribal council was insane. I don't blame Kimmi for trying though, I think she was on the bottom on that 4. I wish I could've seen Keith pull out that fake idol, but I get why he didn't want to use it.
I wish more time was given for the jury questions.
Spencer with the hoodie and khakis - he knew he was losing. Didn't matter how articulate he was, Jeremy just came across as more genuine.
Oh boy, here's the drooling over Joe now. Next year we'll be talking about the new long-haired golden boy.
Kelley has to come back for a 3rd time. One of the big reasons why this season was great.
Great season, either of Jeremy or Spencer winning would have been the right choice, they both owned up the game. Good for Abi-Marie for being pretty gracious in the end, I was waiting for a fire storm.
Great move by Spencer in getting to the final three with the open, I'll convince the jury that Kelley deserves to win.
Kimmi was brutal in the end.

Jeremy is the Second Chance winner, meaning that csnarpy and transplant99 split the virtual million bucks! Congrats, you two!
I am so impressed with Kelley's game. The final 3 should have been her, Jeremy, Spencer. Not sure it would have changed much, though.
I felt that Keith made a HUGE mistake not playing that fake idol. Jeff even 100% set him up for it. Jeff: "What do you do on a day like this?" Keith: "You go hunting." *Takes out idol, puts it around his neck.*
That final Immunity challenge was a fantastic one. Couldn't believe Kelley bobbled it that fast, though.
I feel that Tasha totally goated her way through this year. I was impressed with her the first time around, and wholly unimpressed with her this time. Riding the coat tails, big time.
Jeremy was winning as soon as he brought out the "I'm doing for my family/new baby!" bit.
I liked the jury questions, and felt that most were answered pretty good. Nice to not see a ton of bitterness among them.
This was, overall, a really good season. I loved all the twists and turns.
Hunh. Saw the preview for the next season. I dunno...I like a hard challenge as much as the next...but I don't want to see med evacs all the time. I was starting to think we were seeing the medics a bit too much this season, and it seems like it's more next. Guess we'll have to see, but...hm. I dunno.
I am amused that the reunion show didn't get a word out of Shirin, and only interjected comments from Kass. Hopefully, we've seen the last of those two.
I find the reunion shows a little too short, which they would make it an hour and a half or two hours. I'd like to hear from everyone.
Glad Jeremy won, he played a solid game. Spencer would have been a good choice as well, but I really hated the way he bullied Jeremy when Kelley got voted out. I understand he was probably scared and emotional and wanted to make sure Jeremy took him along to the final 3, but it came off pretty badly for him.
Crazy to hear Kelley lost 25% of her body weight during the show. Spencer was also a complete rail.
Overall a really good season. Most fun I've had watching the show in a while. Be tough for the next season to compete with this one.

What a great season, just great TV all around. The right guy won, Jeremy was pulling strings the entire game, moving and shaking with some big plays and the most important immunity win of the season. His answers to all the questions felt genuine and were very well spoken. I feel like Spencer could have fought a bit harder, but he put the nail in the coffin when he basically black mailed Jeremy into taking him to the final 3 lol. And if I am Jeremy I am thinking, Did this cat really just say that in front of the jury? Come on in!
Whentworth arguably played the hardest out of everyone, but she didn't play the smartest. Jeremy deserved it over her, even if she was in the final 3, but she definitely deserved a chance to plead her case. That being said, she spent a lot of time on the bottom and I think that speaks a lot to the quality of player she is. The good or better players should be able to flip the script and make the game about them getting to the end, not about getting them out. Like Jeremy, a perceived day 1 threat that was able to maneuver his way to the end and win. Boston Rob's win is another great example of a great player making it to the end. I would like to see her back though as she is entertaining and her inflated ego forces her into situations I like to laugh at. I feel like a more mature version of her would do much better in this game, so if it takes her 5 or 6 years to be brought back that would be for her benefit.
I also loved that Shirin didn't get a chance to open her mouth and I hope now that she has had her 'second chance' and failed miserably that she is gone forever. Good riddance.
Jeff seemed almost upset with Abi's performance at the final tribal. Like he was expecting fire works and didn't even get a fire cracker. Showed a lot on her part and I honestly think she was trying to be a better person, just hard to teach an old dog new tricks.
Overall I would put it in my top 3 favourite seasons of all time, looking forward to the next season.
