D: the women target Jeremy(becuase he is a big threat) and he idols out one of the women.
Won't happen. Tasha has zero incentive to direct the vote towards Jeremy. Tasha will push for the option that leaves her with the most avenues to advance and that's Keith.
In terms of "big threats" I don't think anyone will see Jeremy as the biggest threat. In terms of challange prowess Keith and Spencer have both outperformed him, and Spencer would probably be thought of as the bigger strategic threat.
Am I the only one that found the Joe and his Father's relationship slightly ... different?
Not just the kissing on the lips thing but the whole talk from his father telling him that he had trouble making friends and that Joe was the only friend he had ever made in his life?

I liked it, I think that type of thing is more common than you think. I remember Joe's Ponderosa video from last season, when he cried because he didn't make the family visit and always imagined his dad being there.

What was Keith's big move? Standing up to Joe and defeating him when no one else could. And going an hour more than most of the players to win it.
That's the interesting thing about this game. Seeing which players and fans have old school mentalities and new school mentalities. If it was one of the earlier seasons, that might be enough for Keith to win but these recent seasons (and especially this season) have been all strategy driven.
We don't really know if the players you are talking about are sitting at shelter and waiting to be fed. If that was an issue, I think it'd be shown more. It seems most or everyone does their fair share at camp to me.
I think the most important aspect is the social game, and how you connect with people on the island. A guy like Ozzy who is amazing at camp life and challenges didn't win because he rubbed people the wrong way. Russell had good strategy but had the same problem. Being a physical player can be a winning game (like Mike last season) but only if you win every single challenge.
When the jury decides to vote for a winner, I don't think how well they can actually survive and work at camp is even a consideration.
Keith in the finals would be amazing, he would just say that he killed the golden boy, chuckle, and spit.

Abi goes home, taking myself and Yoho out with her.
I was wondering if, during one of Spencer's little speeches, when he said that he'd love to be sitting beside Abi and Keith if he realized that would probably be a 50/50 shot between him and Keith. I think that Keith has more jury pull than the 'planners' give him credit for. Is it enough to win...I'm not sure.
I always figured that they had 'safety' around during the water parts of the challenges presented. Neat to see them in action.
I think that Spencer made the right choice going with Tasha, Jeremy and Kimmi. I also kind of agree on their overall idea about owing it to the fans to fight all the way and not bring hangers-on.
I'm wondering if this final tribal will be a Final Four, with the finale being announced for next week. 2 hours of Show, and then the reunion. Not sure they could/would whittle off 3 in an hour and a half. Though I suppose they could do 3 Immunity challenges/votes instead of 1 reward and 2 Immunity.

The finale is next week, this season has gone by so fast.
Please no final 4, that would be stupid. I think the big thing that'll happen next week is that both idols get played and all the votes cancel.
Based off the edit, only 3 people could possibly win: Spencer, Jeremy, and Kelley. I wish the editing was more balanced, to make it look like almost all of them has a shot of winning.

This is my favourite part of Big Brother compared to Survivor. Real-time play forces the edit to be more fair and balanced. They certainly do have their narratives but they don't know what's coming next.
The downside to that has been production manipulation (twists, etc.) to try and keep the narrative they have been going on as long as possible.

Thank the gods, Abi is gone. So glad they aren't dragging goats this season. I hope this starts a trend or a change in Survivor.
Ya the first time in Survivor history seems pretty obvious to us who know about the idols. It will be epic to see though. I wonder if it is a result of just mass paranoia or if they do go after Kelly and she brings out this random idol they had no idea about. Or a little bit of both.
Anyone besides Kimmi could win at this point and I would be happy. They all deserve it. Day 35? and Keith is going to start playing the strategy game, better late than never!

Spencer - Has played a pretty good game, he's had some good moves on his resume and won challenges when he needed it. I think he's probably the dangerous favorite in front of the jury
Jeremy - At times he's been too cautious in his game, and he comes across as more of a follower then a leader. I can't really think of a move where he's tried to seize control of his destiny with the exception of playing the idol to save a doomed player, so at least he has a couple of votes on the jury. I can't remember him even being competitive in the challenges, but I'm old and my memory is faltering. His idol is incredibly powerful right now, if he can win a challenge he can get in front of the jury easily.
Keith - He's sneaking in there, but his obliviousness might hurt him on the jury as he hasn't built a resume. But he is a challenge beast, and he comes across as the nice crazy old guy. Depending on who else is on the jury he might win as the sentimental vote
Tasha - Has she really done much, she's made moves that nobody has really followed and she comes across as a flippity flopper, she hasn't done much in the challenges either
Kimmi - She talks a big game but she's accomplished little to stand out in the game. her moves haven't been there. Challenges are like the playoffs to the Oilers, unobtainable
Kelly - She's made a lot of moves, but she's also backstabbed a lot of people on the way, and I think out of everyone she's going to get crucified on the Jury. She's been a solid competitor and if she plays her idol right she's guaranteed to be in the final group in front of the jury as long as she stays aware.

I found it a bit rich last night for Tasha to be referring Keith as a goat.
Someone remind me what Tasha has done this season? What game changing moves or actions she's been part of?
Keith knocked out Joe and is a challenge beast. Perhaps the best "old guy" challenge person that they've ever had. I think he'd beat Rupert.
I agree Tasha doesn't deserve the win over others, but I disagree about Keith being the challenge beast. Tom Westman carried his entire tribe on his back for 39 days including a grueling 12 hour endurance challenge win. He won 5/7 individual immunity challenges that season, one of only 4? players in the history of the game to do that. (one of which to my surprise was Terry Deitz, it is a shame he didn't get to stick around this season seeing him and Keith go at it would be entertaining).

That was my favourite season of Survivor up until this one. I also really enjoyed Heroes vs. Villains.. but that season took the cake as it was all first time players. Tom's tribe just absolutely dominated.
But this challenge was a Survivor defining moment. Eventually Ian makes the deal to fall on his sword and be voted out, or the challenge might have even went longer. 11 hours, 55 minutes. Since then we have not seen an endurance challenge that did not have multiple levels to it, IE gets more difficult.
