I think the only member of the Sharks who came to play tonight was Niemi, particularly in the second period where he was great. The Sharks could not make a good first pass and the Kings were once again excellent defensively. I fully expect the Sharks will play better and win on Sunday night to bring this back to Los Angeles. If they do, would game seven be the following night?

Good on the Sharks pushing this series to a seventh game. With the Kings playing at home next, I can't see them losing, but I guess you never know.

If they pull it off I would say they have a solid chance of making their first Stanley Cup finals appearance if the Wings finish of the Hawks. They have defeated better Wings teams in the playoffs than this one.

A really solid defensive 3rd period by San Jose. LA couldn't get much pressure at all in the 3rd. Game 7 should be a good one. Go Sharks!
