Yup. Sadly the Oilers will have a ton of confidence after this game, and I can't see them losing at home. This thing is very likely coming back to Florida with the Oilers firmly in the driver's seat.

I'm surprised the paint-on-beard loser Walmart didn't hit the griddy on that goal. That d-bag has instantly become one of my top 4 hated oilers, passed only by Perry, Kane and Pissy.

Series is not over. Remember the cats blowing a 3 game lead in the series last year? Have faith. If anybody can do this, it's the panthers.
If they start losing then just take out Draisaitl or McDavid. There's no suspensions for dirty plays intending to injure, right?
Barkov can show up any time now.

Yes. They'll go back to Edmonton, with Edmonton rolling. Likely comes back to Florida with Edmonton having 2 chances to close it out.

This is a huge choke job and I think it impacts the rest of the series. This isn't getting blown out, this is having total control and completely blowing it.

Absolutely ridiculous how the Panthers just stopped playing after the first.

WTF do the Coilers have the NHL brass??

If the Panthers lose as it seems they will, it's definitely not game over. They've been the most resilient team in the POs.

They knew they were going to get calls against in the 2nd and that's what happened.

Panthers need the refs to call nothing early in games since then the Oilers won't get the eventual even up calls that cause teams to play in a shell against them

After 3 straight oiler penalties in the first, four of the next five penalties called were against the panthers. I'm not saying it's a conspiracy at all as penatlies ended 4-4, but what are the odds it works that way? Refs obviously managing the game, it's not their show.

They have 1:21 to score or they are screwed.

Have to win the faceoff

Florida had a 3 goal lead and dug in. Their own grave.

Last time the Oilers beat Florida, Florida won the next two (including one in Edmonton). If that repeats, Florida wins the Cup.
