It's looking at the data, how the state is presenting it, and how it is being reported. The results have to remain consistent with the data. It does not make sense that one candidate (D) sees a loss of traction while the other (D) sees a strong maintenance of their position. Something isn't right there. Unless they show an adjustment to the senate race that is consistent to the presidential polling that would mean there are a bunch of late voters who voted Trump(R)/Kelly(D) instead of Trump(R)/McSally(R). The two results were consistent and now they show a diversion of path. That ain't Fox News talking, that's the data talking.

I will be perpetually disappointed in America until the Rock becomes a two term president.
Anyone else would be a let down.

An Elections Canada employee and volunteer scrutineers from each party can reasonably count and validate the votes from each box within an hour or so. Then the numbers from each polling location are reported to elections officials and the results are shared with the media. Barring an exceptionally close election, Canadians almost always know the winner within 1-2 hours of the last polls closing on election night. And best of all, protecting the integrity of our voting system is seen as a non-partisan issue. No matter which party you support, giving everyone an opportunity to have their vote counted fairly is something all Canadians agree with*.
In the United States, thanks to Republican vote-suppression mechanisms, there might be only one or two polling locations for a city of over a million people. They purposely want to make it hard to vote. With that many people all having to cast their ballot from a single location, long lines are assured on voting day. People with jobs may not be able to get enough time off work to wait in the queue. This affects low-income citizens and minorities in the inner cities far more than it affects rural/suburban white people. Advance voting to avoid the long lines is often made available to white people in the suburbs but not Black people in urban areas. All of this is by design to disenfranchise people who are statistically less likely to vote for the GOP. It's shameful.
*With very rare exceptions like Jason Kenney possibly cheating to win the UCP leadership nomination or "Pierre Poutine" sending robocalls to convince Liberal and NDP voters that the date of the election and/or their polling location had moved to help the federal Conservatives in 2011.

I agree with New Era that - if there is meddling taking place - Arizona is the place to watch.
Trump was deeply upset by Fox's call re: AZ going to Biden, and it disrupted the impact of his victory declaration - basically taking much of the whine out of his sails. Republicans have commented that their focus is on Arizona, where the Republican governor has been speaking directly with Trump, and that the Republican goal is to find avenues to ensure the state is counted red when all is said and done.
This state needs to be watched very closely for any anomalies. I'm sure Fox wasn't super keen to call it for Biden in the first place, and there's a reason they did so: the stats simply made it virtually impossible for Trump to catch up (a 1200 to 1 shot).
If New Era is right, and we're seeing Trump tick upwards while the Democratic senate candidate simultaneously remains flat, it's a red flag.
The important thing to remember is: there is no road so low that the Republican party will not take it. They will be as underhanded as they can be, and they seem to think their best chance of manipulating outcomes lies in AZ.

Yup. Harris will be the 2024 nominee and likely the 47th POTUS.
However, the concern I would have if I were Harris is this.
The white house has gone to one party three consecutive times only once since the end of WW2. That would be 1980, 1984, and 1988.
If/When Harris succeeds Biden, does she risk herself being a one term President?
American's tend to switch every 8 years.

My wife and I talked about that before the election. I said that Biden would step down shortly after the mid-term, giving the United States its first female president and then setting her up for the 2024. I also said Pete Buttigieg would be the perfect VP and break another glass ceiling, setting up the ticket for 2024.

I was a scrutineer for a friend in the NWT elections last fall. I was surprised at how low the tolerance was for spoiled ballots. For me I thought as long as it was clear who the person was voting for, it should count. However, they were tossing ballots for things a little heart put next to the name the person voted for.

Hopefully Biden wins Georgia by 52 votes to give Fox something to talk about for the next decade.

Hazel McCallion served as mayor of Mississauga until she was 93. Biden is a relative spring chicken by comparison.
