Disagree with the first part. First goal was weak (although it was a hard shot so he could get a pass...), third goal was weak and he was caught out of position on the fourth. Even TSN and Mckenzie especially were surprised that Blackwood wasn't pulled. Even on the saves he's made - he's looked shaky.

Agree with the second part though. MacDonald hasn't looked that good so far this tournament either so maybe that played into Lowry's decision not to pull Blackwood.

Lowry must have no faith in McDonald. No idea why you would keep in a goaltender that simply hasn't made any big saves in the game.

Blackwood has been worse than McDonald IMO. Juicy rebounds, poor catching gloves. McDonald was more a victim of Canadian defensemen tipping goals in, Blackwood has been serving some rebounds up on a silver platter.
