I really don't think there is another person on this planet with the same posting style as him.
Not to mention the avatar. SCUD = obsessed with The League. Rojo's Avatar = Raffi from The League

Not a full blown grocery store as we know it, but competition is always good.
I'd love to see the link; any additional competition in the meat / produce areas is good for business; that is, unless they're prices are also set by Sobeys, in which case they're screwed.

I think I have done nearly all the things in this thread. I've driven to Sunridge/Deerfoot just because Marlborough Walmart is likely the busiest one on the planet. I have very infrequently gone to Zellers, Sears, or the Bay. But I have bought stuff at all of them on sale. The wife definitely hits up Winners and Value Village.

I use all the strategies mentioned. Cheap items at Walmart(underwear etc) Brand names at cheap prices(Winners etc.) Sale items at Sears or the Bay.

Now that Marks Work Wearhouse is going upscale(Marks) I will very likely be checking out Walmart's work wear which I've heard is pretty good anyway.

Plus I'm thinking the Chestermere types might want to drive all the way to wherever but I can't think of anything I can't grab by just shopping along or just off of 36st.
