Unless their corporate identity hinges on catering to ignoramuses, in which case they wouldn't have put up the sign to begin with.

The ultimate policy, with any company that is wanting to succeed in sales, is to keep customers happy.

Currently, hybrids only make up 2% of the market. Even 5 years from now, hybrids are only predicted to make up 5%-10% of the market.

The "one scofflaw" is hybrid owners, and you are right, they will not risk their bottom line to appease you.
