They purposely changed regen at low levels for all casters so you spend less time eating/drinking and more time leveling.

Still a bug that should not be in a 'finished' product.

As you reach higher levels you have more mana to burn. At lower levels for druids it is still advised to level as feral.

Essentially the same curve higher level players experience in combat ratings happens at a slower pace initially, but then ramps up. Kind of like someone's 40% Crit rating going to 5% between level 80 and 85. It takes better and better gear to keep those numbers high.
You will start burning mana quicker, but if you talent right and use the right spells, you shouldn't be running out of mana every pull.

Once again tell me what MMO produced has not had this issue.
Maybe one that never releases anything after launch because it fails?

Oh, so because no other games can do it, it should be totally acceptable and I should roll over and take it? No, and that is a ridiculous idea.
I don't play any of them either, for much the same reasons. I'd rather get a complete game that won't have me finding bugs months after release.

I'm trying to remember the last time I've played a bug-free game on a current gen system that has updates available to download...nope, nothing coming to mind. Some are much worse than others on consoles (Heavy Rain and Super Meat Boy come to mind) but otherwise yeah...bugs happen. Please show us your perfect world games though.

That is getting rarer and rarer to find. Lots of games have patches, even console games are getting patches as soon as they are released.
I don't believe there is any complex game that is released with zero bugs.
I do understand you not accepting some of the more blatant bugs, but sometimes even a beta doesn't trigger the bugs that tens of millions of people playing on thousands of different configurations might trigger.
And it isn't like they charge for the fixes.

Actually they do. You are still paying for the game while bugs and glitches make it unplayable.
My problem is that with a new game, there might be a few glitches. WoW is not new, and yet they continue to have problems even with older content. It's a damned joke.

I played Ultima Online & Shadowbane. Anything that Blizzard does in terms of bug fixes makes those two companies look like garbage (EA and Ubisoft). Imagine waiting 2 + years for pvp combat fixes or do minor things.. like gold duping.

this thread makes me want to come back and play but I know how much time you need to invest to be in a good raiding guild. Im just too serious of a gamer to play wow casually.

My thought on bugs being in released products? There are a LOT more gamers than producers, and we do things to those games that the creators wouldn't have imagined in their craziest "what if" scenarios.
Remember that one WoW gamebreaker where you could jump off a boat backwards at a specific place, and get 'blown' through the world somewhere (one of the NE cities, I think)

I've played the game since release and I have no idea what you're talking about. I can't think a single glitch or bug that was so bad and persistent that Blizzard could be considered bad developer.
I think, my opinion begins now, that you have a serious hate on for all the time and money Blizzard took from you. amiright?

I Beta Tested IMO one of the worst MMO's I have ever seen.
FFXIV.
Blizzard is 10 million times better than the garbage Square Enix just put out and I love Square as well. It is very difficult to please the masses like Blizzard has done and will continue to do. Having Bugs that according to my calculations effect 1 - 3 % of the WOW Population at release is pretty damn good success rate. Man if only other games could produce those numbers.

You have to remember though, this raid group wasnt geared for raids by the sounds of it, You cant just hit 85 and raid right away you need at least full heroic gear.

As far as major content patches and expansions go, this last one was pretty seemless. It is a lot less buggy than I was expecting.
I am having trouble getting into it though, but I think it is just me. I just played it to death and not even the expansion can help that now.
I dunno, I'll probably nerd out over the holidays and see what happens.

I think so. You get 60 levels of essentially brand new content on a remade Azeroth with the base WoW game, no expansions required unless you want to play as Worgen or Goblins. After that you can decide if you want to keep going or not, and pick up the expansions.

Warcraft seems to have a major bug since the last patch. Players everywhere are having a hard time logging in, getting a "character not found" message. The support forums are full of complaints, but Blizzard seems to be saying nothing about the problem, suggesting various useless fixes.
Blizzard it's not me, it's you. Fix this.
I think they are going to have to credit players a free month.
