Yes, they're not supposed to run from you. No that doesn't mean you can kill them.
I thought he was already dead and his limp body just pressed on the gas.

In the video it shows he wasn't chasing him. He was holding door shut on the cop . The cop then fires immediately instantly killing him and the car then takes off.

Yeah, but I think the cop shot him because he felt he was gonna run.

That's not a legitimate reason.

All great questions they could have asked him after detaining him. None of them are relevant to his murder, though.

Spoiler!
Why are any of these reasons to shoot him?

He drove off while the officer was affixed to the car which dragged him down the street. His life was in danger.

This video shows that he lied about being dragged down the street. This did not happen and the officer made it up. County prosecutor press conference reveals this at about 2:30 into the video.

Even if this was the case (the whole point of the article is that he was not in fact dragged), how does shooting the driver help the officer at all in that scenario? Affixed by what, a piece of clothing? Better to shoot your shirt than the driver, who now has no control over a moving vehicle.

Seriously man, everything you say is face-palm inducing.

Yes, these are definitely all things that are punishable by death. Good work.

No they weren't, but dragging a cop in your car could very well be. The cops life was in clear danger.

You do realize the cop was charged with murder right? His peers disagree with you, he was not in any imminent danger.

He may have gotten dragged, but only because he capped the guy in the brain, at which point he slumped onto the accelerator.

You know when I read Quincy Egg's posts, it makes me wish CP had a feature the was the opposite of the ignore feature.

Wouldn't it be great if there was a feature that alerted you to posts by certain posters.

The excitement would never be missed.

Screenshots can be misleading. The picture you posted is garbage.
