Since the break, this team has not been able to find enough killer instinct to bury teams. Too many missed opportunities and chances to finish off the opposition only to hit posts or miss open nets.
The bottom 6 needs to start burying goals or Treliving may need to intervene because we’re getting goals from just a handful of guys whereas every other team can count on others. I mean 2 goals by the Oiler’s 7th defenseman and Kassian? Get it together already, we’re 50 game in here.

You are asking for too much, just have him focus on winning, nvm in regulation or not

Who said happy? In the last 30 odd games Every team in the league will go through a 4 game stretch where they only get 4 points. Probably more than once. It's a fairly normal occurrence. You can be upset with a loss without falling into emotional turmoil demanding people be fired and thinking that the flames have just blown the season.

Only thing I liked about this POS game was Rittich’s passion.
Need more guys like him and Tkachuk.

Gosh I feel so bad for you Split98. At least you got to see Chucky be awesome but most of the team straight up let you down. I'm more pissed about that than the lost points and losing to the No Goods.

It's too calm around here after 7 straight losses to the Grease.

When even Darren Haynes thinks something's gotta give, you know you've got a bad powerplay coach.

seriously though, this is why I can't take some of these guys seriously...Result sucks but the Flames played a good game
2nd half of a back to back, backup goalie, lost the coinflip

Half the Oilers excitement came from the commentator's volume though.
2 of the 12 times he creamed himself was there actually legit danger (non goal and missed tap in).
Putrid game calling.

So the Oilers 7th dman Brandon Davidson is better than any of the Flames 4th line players.
That is embarrassing.

Are you accusing me of saying that? I haven't called the season over tonight nor anyone to be fired. Who tonight said the Flames have blown the season? Jesus man I wish people like you would quit the making crap like this up. Why can't some of you understand that fans are allowed to be upset after losses?

I see the Flames losing the next 3, coach gets turfed and they turn it around.
Win7, lose 7.

You have to wonder if the Flames players notice and think "well they don't get fired up either way, so I don't really give a crap."

I was at the Kings game the other night, first live game in a few years, and I couldn’t agree more. Place is dead. Even the Doughty booing seemed lacklustre.
Probably doesn’t help that their crowd ramp up music is that crap techno from the 90s, though.

If we change the coach this is the time. After this it will be too late and so better keep GG.
