Most of what I grabbed is either really far off (late 2017 at the earliest) or coming out soon and I know for sure I want to play it (Battlefield, Skyrim and South Park).
I can always cancel stuff if I decide I don't want it when it gets closer to release.

So rumor has it Sony was suppose to unveil Red Dead Redemption 2 to end last night's conference but decided to cancel at the last minute because the trailer shows someone walking into a saloon and shooting it up. With what happened in Florida they thought it would be in bad taste so they decided to show game footage of Days Gone instead.

Who's doing the pre-order deals this year? Amazon only has a small handful of games available at discount for pre-order.
Amazon has 20% off, discount applied at checkout. I think the deal applies to every preorder but the ones that are discounted already but I could be wrong.

You are correct but that's not as good as their E3 deal last year. Heck Best Buy doesn't even do anything now. Lame.

Every part of me wants to believe this, and live in a world where I know RDR2 is confirmed and out soonish. But I just can't until more concrete info comes out.

I want to believe..
It did seem strange though why they would show the trailer for Days Gone and then close the show with footage from it rather than just show the footage after the trailer.
For sure, that's why I want to believe it. It adds up. It's more that I just learned my lesson with R* during the lengthy delays leading to the GTA IV & V releases, and kept biting on every info rumour only to be let down. I'm a little jaded and more hesitant now regarding rumoured AAA R* game news. They always keep you guessing.
Seems like Titan fall 2 (ps4 and xbox1 only) was added to the $30 off section of amazon.ca today. So just a heads up that you only have until 11pm to preorder it.
