Cutler is cleared to play against the Lions this week. Would you start him or Kaepernick against the Panthers? This is pretty much a must win game for me as I'm tied for the last playoff spot at 4-5-0 4 pt passing TDs 6 pt rushing

I think that game with the Lions will be a shootout. Panthers have been decent against the pass but you never know with Kap.

Every NY Jets player is available for this week in my league. They are on the road in Buffalo. I already have Chris Ivory and I'm thinking of starting him.

Jeremy Kerley and Santonio Holmes are listed as out. Which of the other WRs should I be looking at? Stephen Hill, David Nelson, Clyde Gates are all available. Surely one of those three is destined to get targeted a few times by Geno Smith this weekend?

Jeff Cumberland, the Jets TE, catches my eye. Vernon Davis of SF is my TE but he suffered a concussion yesterday and is doubtful for his game this weekend. I'm trying to decide between picking up Jeff Cumberland of the Jets or Rob Housler of the Cardinals, who are on the road against the Jaguars. Any tips for me?

Hmmm do I risk starting Harvin this week if he plays against the Vikings? Hopefully stashing him on the IR all year pays off my for stretch run and playoffs.

He's going to be on a snap count this week. I would wait until after the bye to be comfortable starting him.

I was just offered Case Keenum for Keenan Allen in my 10-team 2-QB league.

My other QB's are Flacco, Roethlisberger, Tannehill. QB's are really at a premium though so I think I could move one of them for something else. Not sure if Keenum is really an upgrade over those guys though. Thoughts?

My other WR's are Demaryius Thomas, Calvin Johnson, Torrey Smith and Michael Floyd. Starting 3 per week.

Having troubles deciding who to start:

Choose 3:
T.Y. Hilton (will he stay hot)
DeSean Jackson (locked in for my WR1)
Riley Cooper (stays hot?)
Marques Colston (got lucky last week?)

Choose 1:
Matt Ryan (struggling as of late)
Tom Brady (One of the best defenses atm)
Alex Smith (against denver)

Don't know muhc about 2QB leagues but Roethlisberger & Tannehill have been struggling mightily and Keenum has looked pretty good and if you've got a playoff spot locked up you should be bolstering your starting lineup, not worrying about depth.

Start T.Y. for sure, he's Luck's favourite/only target right now.
DeSean Jackson is a must start every week
Riley Cooper has been more consistent over the past while than Colston for that reason I would start him.

Brady>Smith>Ryan. Bucs D has been decent defending the pass and Matt Ryan doesn't have great targets. Smith is a risky play because he will be throwing a lot but with Woodyard and Miller in the lineup together Denver's pass D has been very good. Brady has put up really good points when he has both Amendola and Gronkowski in the lineup and is coming off a bye so I would start him.

Keep in mind I lost last week because I figure Kaep was a safer play than Cutler so take my advice with a grain of salt.

Speaking of Kaepernick, would you start Palmer over him this week? 6pt rushing TDs 4 pt throwing TDs. New Orleans has allowed the 3rd least points to QBs this season and Jacksonville has allowed the 3 most. I'm a bit bitter towards Kaep right now so I'm leaning towards Palmer

I have a RB coin flip IMO.

Ridley against the Panthers

vs

Ellington against the Jags

Thoughts?

Going against Chris Johnson this week, I guess it is nice to know that I am likely going to out of it before any of my players even play a down!

The coaches may change but the incompetent run defence never will

Thats a tough call. I would probably still pick Ridley though. The Patriots are one of the better teams at running around the goal line.

I am thinking of starting Case Keenum over Brady this week though. I likely chicken out for the name brand, but Keenum has been solid.

Would you trade Reggie Bush for Dez Bryant?

I am very strong at WR in my 16 man league (Bryant, Megatron, Harvin, Boykin, T. Williams, Cotchery) However I am equally as weak at the RB position ( ridley and BGE)

However this is a ppr league and riding the WR train got mento 7-4. is it worth evening out my ranks?

As an aside, is Harvin just getting really hyped up in Seattle? should I keep him and assumr him as a #1 receiver or should I be moving him out the door while his name holds weight.

The problem I see with picking up Bush is you are really putting your eggs in one basket, and if Detroit has a bad week you are having a bad week.
