Well, my wife is not happy with WestJet.
We spent 30 minutes trying to get her checked in online only to find that they apparently have two different reservation code.
Then with a 5 month old, she was brought to tears by a check-in attendant who put her at the back of the line to trying to repack her suitcase that was over weight.
Followed by putting someone else's car seat in her gate check bag (how does that even happen).
