I can’t lie. I used to be a massive Crue fan. I saw them live over three different decades. IMO Too Fast for Love is a punk rock masterpiece and Shout at the Devil one of the best hair metal albums of all time. Still I’m not overly interested in the over the hill version as it’s time to retire.
Vince can't sing and they use backing tracks so probably a good call. And when I say can't sing I mean it...like honestly Karaoke versions at any dive bar blow him away.
Saw Night Demon, Overkill, and King Diamond last night, amazing show! If you get a chance to see King when he swings out West I highly highly recommend going.

No Mercy songs, now that he has reformed MF I believe that tour will happen next year. He played two new songs from the upcoming album, Spider Lilly and Electroshock Therapy.

new Make Them Suffer album slaps. Too bad half of the album has already been released over the past two years, so only 5 "new" tracks ... but I really enjoy those.
Yeah the way they do it now releasing 3-4 songs before the album drops at times can make for a letdown as I put them in my regular rotation and once the album is available it's like 1/3 of the album is old.
nice to see Spiritbox again, plus that Knocked Loose/Poppy collaboration was sick. Personally I'd give it to Gojira though for sure, in part because of the huge moment it was for the metal world.
I would also like to be the first to congratulate Metallica on their 247th win, though.
Maybe it's me but that Knocked Loose singer gets hard on my ears when trying to listen to one of their albums front to back. I much prefer in small doses.

Jethro Tull snubbed again
