Yep.
No need for your guarantor to have a special professional designation anymore. Only need a notary as a last resort, i.e. nobody is available to sign for you.

I dunno man, seems like an important part of the story to include then. I think most people would assume you just hit the drive-thru on the way home from work or whatever instead of paying the $7 in extra fees for a filet-o-fish and small fries...

Don't they start drop off locations for branches and leaves that overflow green bin in the fall? If you can wait that long, maybe it's an option?

I read that certain stick deodorants will work great around doorways. Like Irish Spring All spice. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm tempted to to keep random bugs and ants out. Seems like an inexpensive experiment before going with a more nuclear option.
Sometimes when stuff gets in, I'll bring in a blue light zapper and leave it nearby until I hear it go off. Works great with flies and moths at the very least.

I can’t believe that news sites actually have to give instructions on how to view their news without social media serving it to them.
It’s not the providing instructions that I find weird - it would make sense if they posted it on Twitter or Facebook, but this is on CTVNews own website. I already navigated there. Why put the instructions there?

Chill man, your story would easily be interpreted correctly if you just say "I ordered from Skip..."
When you omit information that entirely changes the context, don't be surprised and defensive when people interpret it the wrong way.

I dunno. It was his first ever Filet o Fish. You’d think that this would have warranted at least take out if not sit down dining in the establishment.
