This is me ...
Have been hunting for a basic red hat white C combo for years. From a distance you think you have one then you see it's that abomination of an embroidered letter C that seems to be disconnected from embroidered fire.

The hats on the NHL shop site seem to have finally figured it out. Hopefully that means the selection at the local stores will improve too.

If the Flames announced those jerseys today. I would be picking up all 3 after work.
Why can't we have competent designers in the organization .

Not necessarily. I'm not sure who the Flames use to design their jersey's, but Carolina for example has an in house creative team that designed their new third jersey from scratch.

I'd also buy all three of those jerseys... Wish they could get their acts together on the jerseys. Seems like everyone dislikes the current ones, they got crushed on twitter by pissed off fans when they announced they were keeping the same shirts during the reebok-adidas transition. I seriously don't get why they aren't listening when it would probably make them a lot of money as well.
Gotta be something with the league or jersey companies we don't understand here. Maybe the league won't let them drop the black because the wings scheme is too similar? That seems like a reach as well though because they are so similar to the sens color scheme right now.
