Some Democrat is going to win again at some point, whether it's Vice President Harris or someone else. Then it's an existential crisis for all Republicans who are losing their country. Then it's an existential crisis for all Democrats who are losing their country.
It's exhausting. It's quite frankly a fairly forgettable election if you look at history writ large.

Another Trump loss and a few of the crazies out of office and the republicans might have to run a real candidate next time...then we can debate policy

I'd personally love that, but I'm not sure there is a lot of appetite for it given the results of Senator McCain and (then) Governor Romney. There is sadly a decent amount of Republican support for the Trump style of campaigning and "platform," such as it is.

You really think the Republicans will line up behind another conman that would sell the country down the road for a dollar again in 2028?

Not really rude. You have been presented evidence of why this is different, you haven't bothered to learn how the process works and you can't be bothered to google how many electors happened or what it means.
I'll go with bot or or you repeating bots. Basically i could get that response from RT.
Everything is fine, don't worry. You're overreacting. The supreme court nominees said they wouldn't overturn Roe vs Wade so it will never happen. Putin started fair and square.
Women's rights will come back in the next election! The uncle can do whatever and make them carry to term. Nothing really changed before Trump last time, right? If you are a woman, that attitude is way more messed up, what mother would do that or want that for their child?

It's certainly possible, even probable. This ideology (I use the word loosely) has shifted the Republican party and energized a bunch of people who used to be too afraid to show their faces in public.
There is no home for small government live-and-let-live people anymore. That's partially why so many Republicans have endorsed Vice President Harris in my opinion.

Umm ok?
Any response to the points though?
Roe vs wade and how that affects women and how that changed under trump? So any child who is horribly abused, you think should carry to term? Because nothing changed last time trump was president?
How about the fake electors? Will you even see why other people are concerned?
It was ok to get an abortion anywhere after rape, now it is not. That changed under trump, and now you support that the poor child has to carry to term.
You are sick in my opinion for that, what kind of person supports that.
But everything is fine to you and it isn't that bad now, nor will it be anything to be concerned about...whats a bit of incest and forced carry to term between families.
I'm guessing you just like to say they are both the same, maybe you get 20 cents a post. But you supported overturning roe vs wade and now support carry to term for all cases.
Did you ever know first lady?

It changed after the Dobbs case. No, I am pro-choice. Yes, part and parcel of a presidency is nominating Supreme Court justices which must be confirmed by the Senate. To have three opportunities in one term is extraordinary. Should we blame Justice Ginsburg for not retiring when President Obama was in office? Some do. It's their right to serve until death or make politically expedient (or otherwise) calculations. Electing a president will not overturn that precedent. I'm in favor of a constitutional amendment where some fraction (three-fifths or two-thirds) of state legislatures should be able to overturn any Supreme Court decision, as this lawmaking power should be vested in the people.
How about the fake electors? Will you even see why other people are concerned? That's fraudulent and I hope it comes up in court.
It was ok to get an abortion anywhere after rape, now it is not. That changed under trump, and now you support that the poor child has to carry to term. No, I don't. So that's categorically wrong.
You are sick in my opinion for that, what kind of person supports that. It's your opinion, I guess. I just got through explaining that I don't support it.
But everything is fine to you. At least you acknowledged that everything is fine that way, and you aren't worried about those children's or teenager lives. Everything isn't fine. Everything has never been fine. Everything will never be fine. I am simply sick of sensationalism, immediacy, and the like, because I guarantee you it will be amplified in 2028, and amplified even more in 2032. Out of around 160 million voting people I have one voice.
I'm guessing you just like to say they are both the same, maybe you get 20 cents a post. But you supported overturning roe vs wade and now support carry to term for all cases. I am sure people are getting tired of me repeating myself, but I don't support that. I am pro-choice and against carrying to term in all cases. If you repeat it 100 times it still won't come true.
Did you ever know first lady? No, I've never met any first lady.

This is from his speech in Aurora Colorado today;
'Trump is back to discussing migrant crime. “We have to live with these animals. But we won’t live with them for long,” Trump says. “Kill them!” shouts a man in the crowd.'
But yeah, nothing will change and both candidates are awful

Why do you think the woman vote is so high for Harris, its because normal women don't think their daughters or themselves should carry to term after the abuse. I believe you call this sensationalism even though IVF facilities have shut down in those states, women have been jailed crossing state lines. It is a joke to think anyone is pro choice while seeing those changes lol. You are definitely delusional if you think you are pro choice after saying everything is fine since the change.
Again, before trump if you were raped or abused you could get an abortion anywhere, that is now illegal in some states. I don't understand your confusion on that? You don't deny it because it's true.
You are not pro choice, you think they should be jailed or denied having an abortion and nothing changed. That's trumps platform and go to any right wing site and they will say the same thing. The platform is easy to find.
Thanks for the responses though, truly. At least there was a conversation even though it may not change anyone's mind.

Please don't tell me what I support. I know what I support. You're free to form your own opinion of me, hopefully based on what I have actually said.
You're welcome, thanks for the discussion.

What does utopia have to do with you supporting carry to term lol.
How about controlling your own body wasn't utopia 4 years ago, but it sure seems like it is now. It's crazy thinking basic rights over your body are a utopia to you now, though only 4 years ago it was that way.
I like how you joke about it though. Abuse and carry to term are funny right, they deserved it?
I am pretty sure you have heard of first lady.

PepsiFree was responding to puffnstuff's report by making a trademark pithy reference to a prior comment that I made. That's what I was responding to. It had nothing to do with your support of carrying to term.

Umm what does Pepsi's post have to do with mine?
You said nothing changed before, and it wont change this time and not to worry. When roe vs wade was overturned and women started being forced to carry to term is what changed. You said no big deal. Soooooo much sensationalism lol. (over a body and life and death, so stupid)
Others say carry to term rape and abuse and medical reasons should not have exceptions, that changed and women have lost their lives because they didn't have the choice.
Anyways. To a lot of people woman's rights did change, arrests, deaths, carry to term from abuse happened in the past two years. You are a sick person to think that it was fine and women shouldn't have any choice and it was no big deal.
The fact that you said you were pro choice is so laughable after your other posts. Delusional maga tea party with no self awareness.

In fairness to PepsiFree, they read every word of a post very carefully and will call you on something worded poorly. I can do without the pithiness and pedantry, but that poster does have a good heart especially when it comes to LGBT rights, women's rights, and humanitarian issues generally.
As for you, I'd suggest that you try to refrain from mansplaining to women. It's not a good look.
