They're at the LOL stage of desperation. Comments predictably awesome.

N.Minaj met w/Obama…her lyrics? “Real country-ass n*gga, let me play w/ his rifle
P***y put his *ss to sleep…” http://www.metrolyrics.com/anaconda-...cki-minaj.html …
But they don't have 60 in the senate so they can't actually get anything done. That's the thing about Obama in 08, he had the absolute most stacked deck you can have, he had the 60 seats. Ted Kennedy dying took it to 59 and killed everything they wanted to do. Filibuster sucks but we know the GOP will kill everything they can with it. It'll take a spectacular collapse by the GOP down the stretch to bring 60 into play. All she can really do is appointments, and she can get those through with no issue (straight up and down vote). Actual legislation won't happen though because in today's America it takes 60 votes to get anything done.
Right now the problem is that you can just vote for Filibuster in the senate rather than actually have to suffer like you do in the house. This can be changed by the perciding officer of the senate to declare the current senate rule unconstitutional and that ruling being subject to an up and down vote.
By forcing people who want to filibuster to actually filibuster you would do a lot to fix the current problem as you couldn't just shut down the debate.
They aren't wrong to point out the hypocrisy on the other side. You are just unwilling to see it.
Where's the hypocrisy? Nicki Minaj isn't running for public office. Until she is, her lyrics are irrelevant to this conversation.
Also, as has been pointed out many times previously, it wasn't the words Trump used that people are objecting to but rather his actions. Nobody except for the most prudish in society cares that he said the word "p-----". People condemned his comments because he admitted to sexual assault and claimed he can get away with it because he's rich and famous. I admittedly have not listened to any of Minaj's songs, but I highly doubt she brags about groping and molesting women, unlike Trump.

It's funny that rappers loved name dropping Trump back in the 90s (especially East Coast rappers). Can't imagine his name drops will be anything but fodder to trash him now.

Besides, it's not as if Trump has never met with any rappers himself. A quick google search brings up images of him with Snoop Dogg, Puff Daddy, Ja Rule and others.
Come on Peter. There isn't an inherent "two sides" to every story. If Trump merely recited lyrics to rap song no one would care.
Yo
His tiny palms are sweaty, knees creak, arms flabby n heavy
There's a grin on his face already, Trump's spaghetti
He's clueless, but on the surface he looks smug and ready
