Paste, edit and print to CutePDF.

But I was just wondering if there was a simpler way or piece of software.

No.... rumour has it that your gift this year cost twice as much as it did last year.

Lucky guy!

Hardly. You're looking at 8-10 grams in a cup. To give you an idea, I take in 100 grams a day when I'm training, MINIMUM.

I was told to avoid milk altogether when I'm on my program; apparently it's hard for your body to digest, and outside of being high in calcium large amounts of milk isn't good for you.

so random thoughts.... well I just finished writing my last final exam which was the last possible final exam scheduled at UBC. Could have been home a week ago had it not been for this. Now I'm here at YVR finding out that my flight is delayed another 3 hours. Why does it seem so impossible to get back to Calgary!

I do that sometimes. Then I wonder if there are other people thinking the same thing when I hit traffic congestion. Then when I leave at 5 and there isn't any traffic, I wonder if everyone is still leaving early.

You're at UBC? Cool, I work here. If you're back for winter semester we should have some meet-ups at the Pit. I'm on good terms with the staff there, and they'll show Flames games for me if I ask nicely.

I like Robyn Regehr.

If you mate an elephant with a cat do you get a p###y with a huge p@@@s?

yeah, we definitely should have a little CP get together at the pit. I wonder if there is anyone else on CP that goes to UBC as well. I live in Marine Drive res and have noticed quite a few Flames fans there. During Flames games you can see people in the adjacent towers in Flames jerseys watching as well.

If you've ever been rolling down your window for a second and heard a *snap*, let me tell you, that isn't a good thing.

So, if you see the dude rolling around town tomorrow with a drivers side window duct taped up, that's me.

Yesterday after working out, I was REALLY craving some chicken wings for some reason. So I bought and ate some Thai chicken wings from Superstore. How's that for eating right?
