I dreamt I was being chased by a 100-foot minotaur that was doing its best to stomp me into jelly.

Co-incidentally, I had an awesome steak for dinner last night. Revenge of the cow?

What about chocolate bars thrown in a blender with some milk to make hot chocolate?

Actually, I've been eating a lot of sweet potatoes for dinner lately so the complex carbs in those would be good for before. And then post-workout a latte made with 1% milk.

I'm not interested in any sort of supplements or things like that.

Seriously though, not eating anything at all after a workout is not a good idea. Your body needs to replenish its lost energy stores, and the quickest way to do it is to eat right after a workout.
So what happens if you don't replenish your lost energy stores?

Really? I find that because I don't have a significant other to spend it on, I am spending more on everyone else. The sitting room of my moms house, which is a fairly large room, is literally filled completely with gifts from just me and my mom. I think we may have gone overboard.

I usually go overboard on my significant other.. I just moved recently so its nice not feeling obligated to shell out a bunch of money on gifts. I usually keep my presents under $200-300 each for my family..

The company from whom we purchased the software and servers for our system notified us that they completed the install on the newest server that hosts an additional component to our system. I find that hard to believe because I didn't plug it into the network yet as we were waiting to see if they had a good reason why we aren't allowed to get the latest security updates w/o voiding our warranty.

Actually, I was wondering if the best way was to screen capture it into Paint Shop, edit the image and then reprint it as a new PDF.

Switch your latte for a protein shake (protein mix and water). A latte doesn't have anything in it that will help you build any kind of fitness. Coffee is also a diuretic, so if you're doing a lot of cardio slugging back a bunch of caffeine right after is only going to make you MORE dehydrated. Do you ever get headaches?

Worst case scenario If you don't take in protein after a workout? You'll get skinny arms and a gut. I see girls do this all the time; they diet like mad, do hours on hours of cardio, lose loads of weight but still have a belly. The only way to optimize your workouts is through proper nutrition.

I've tried pretty much every diet, supplement (all the legal ones, anyways) and workout known to man, and there just is no substitute for proper nutrition. PM me if you want to know anything, I'm currently training with a guy who trains olympic athletes, national team athletes, professional athletes and he works with a professional dietician.

Working out is better than doing nothing, but if you want to see effective results get on a proper diet.

Wouldn't the milk in a latte be a source of protein? How much protein would I need post-workout?

Press "PrintScrn"

Paste into PaintShop, edit, save... oh... I see the problem here. I've never done that before but it can probably be done.
