Just by-the-by, our store's expecting our BLL delivery sometime tonight. We're a smaller store so I'm sure most are the same(I'm in Edmonton btw).

At my local store here in Edmonton now.
Not a fan though, so I didn't pick any up.

Got a 6-pack today of Big Rock Lime...tastes like a light grasshopper without much lime. BLL is much better.
It totally sucks because I love Big Rock products and I'm not much of a fan of Bud Light.

Bud Light Lime is not worth it at all. It's more lime than beer, and it's basically beer with lime juice. I didn't expect anything else, but I won't be buying it again.

So i Picked up a case of BLL at superstore earlier today. Not bad but not great. My major concern with the lack of stock and the whole clear bottle issue was so what, produce it in cans like 80% of the beer sold in Alberta anyway.
I don't know if that was true or not but it was in cans when I bought it, Supply Problem solved.
It really doesn't deserve all the hype anyway.

Wow...you guys.
BLL rocks. Not worth it? C'mon...love the stuff. Oh well.
And cans? Ugh, why would anyone want a can over a bottle? Why would you want that tin taste in your beer?

anyone who claims that there is tin taste to Beer Cans anymore is a liar. I guarantee if I pour a Bud Light Lime in a glass from a can and one from a bottle you would not taste the difference. If you claim otherwise you are only kidding yourself, besides this isn't some $250 bottle of Dom Perignon here it's a chemical induced artificial pseudo lime flavouring agent masking a massed produced generic weak american beer.

Nice.
Sorry, I can taste the tin the second I taste the beer, doesn't matter if it's in the can or poured into a glass. I've tried your little test before. I could tell instantly.
Anyway, that's not what this thread is about.

Thing is though, is that its not bottled locally or in Canada from what I understand. Budweiser has no interest in specifically bottling it different for a different market from what I understand. And I mean why would they want too? It's the Wii effect.

I'm not the biggest fan of Bud Light Lime, but you're talking out of your ass about not being able to taste a difference between beer in cans and bottles. I can easily pick out the difference.

Wonderful beer to drink sitting out on your deck on a hot afternoon. I was very skeptical at first but it's damn refreshing.
Also a twelve pack costs $11 down here in Idaho.

Like many other coolers, Bud Light Lime is best enjoyed while scrapbooking and complaining about boyfriends.
See what I did there?

Not really. I'm straight so I date girls not boys.
