From looking at the box score Prosvetov left the game late in 3rd period and did not return. Owen Say got the win and Prosvetov was selected as first star. Was anyone at the game to see what happened to him?.

Watched the game online, on the canucks 2nd? goal he seemed to twist his knee/leg and couldnt put any wait on it.

Bru is quietly steady even if he isnt putting up points imo. Gridin looked good again he shoots from everywhere, and maybe its just in my head but he looks like hes working really hard off the puck which I feel like was something sutter talked about. Kirkland looks good, steady calming presence. I liked king and morton too, both just responsible two way players who seem to be in the right places.
I missed part of the 2nd and early 3rd as was putting my kid to bed but it wasnt the most exciting game, but who cares they are leading the canucks 3-0 this season.

As a big Suniev supporter, I am pleasantly surprised by this. He seems to have fallen flat on his face this year in the AHL. I was expecting a real strong season from him.
Any comments from the folks here?

I think he probably needed another year in college but I can see why the Flames wanted to get him into the fold sooner so as not have to deal with him not signing.
It’s not like he dominated his second college season, he was good but not great. If you think of next year as his first pro year, it will probably be a better assessment.

Just can’t catch a break. With Morton hurt, Carter finally got the call to move up and was scheduled to play with Kerins and Gridin…and gets food poisoning from the pregame meal. He’s in the room throwing it all up. Sometimes all you can do is laugh.

They’re playing in Abbotsford. Savage is a local kid they quickly signed in case Murphy didn’t get to the game on time.
