Maybe, that just means somebody good drops.
Celebrini is a lock at 1.
But the rest of the top 13 is still such a toss up:
Demidov: one of the best Russian prospects in years.
Levshunov: Super impressive freshman NCAA season and led his team in scoring
Dickinson: Has drawn comparisons to Drew Doughty and Alex Pietrangelo
Silayev: Unique combination of size, skating, and skill and already great in his own zone.
Catton: Maybe not a C at the NHL level but great production
Eiserman: Best pure goal scorer in the entire draft, and the rest of his offensive game might be underrated
Parekh: one of the best offensive seasons for a dman in the OHL ever
Lindstrom: Skill, size and speed. And projects as a top line C which the team needs.
Buium: Led his team to a national championship, was second in team scoring, and one of only two U-19 dmen to score 50 points in NCAA history. As an 18 year old Freshman.
Helenius: Had 36 points in 51 games in a men's league. 4th most productive u-18 season in Liiga history.
Iginla: Great season, showed his potential.
Yakemchuk: Unique tool kit. Big, quick, Skilled and mean.
Honestly as good as Iginla looks I'm not sure he's clearly better or above any of those other guys in the top 13. And really as long as the Flames come away with one of those 13 guys they are getting a guy with huge potential
