It was good game from everyone. They did a great job for their roles. Even Monahan was good. I want that him enjoy playing the game and feel he is an important player for the team.
Even I would play 1 game with Gaudreau and Lindholm with Detroit to give him a little bit positive boost.

I wonder if Johnny got in head of Vasilevskiy with the behind the net goals causing him to be too deep in his crease for the hat trick goal? With Lindy behind the net, Vasy was holding tight to his post, and Johnny was like, high glove sucka.

I wonder if that wasn't scouting and set plays as it looked like it, Johnny is skilled and knows how to make those plays.

I just think he was deep because he knew he might have to go cross-crease. Tkachuk (I believe) was open on the other side, and Lindholm could have gone either way.

Nothing Vasilevsky could do.

Shared my old Johnny MVP ticket before. Pretty happy I double downed a couple days ago.

I wonder what they gonna say after Tampa hammer them on Sat. They probably say that Oilers completely outplay Tampa the only difference is their own goalie couldn't stop beach ball.

They will say what they always say.

Tampa brought their best against McDavid and Draisaitl.

I'd also just add that it was poor D from Tampa on the play. Sergachev drifted across the crease towards Tkachuk, covering nobody, and seemingly did not see Gaudreau, who was his man to defend. Looked like Hedman made a WTF gesture towards Sergachev afterwards...lol.

Rasmus behind the net.

Gaudreau unreal- pay that man. Flames look so good right now, just need that offense to continue in the playoffs. The flames are built better for the playoffs this year at least. Stamkos is such a little b***h. Guy has the puck in the offensive zone with somebody on his back and stops, and gets knocked over. What did you think was going to happen little steven? Didn't he have something going with Gaudreau earlier in the season at the end of a game?
Just play little steven aggressively and he'll have a temper tantrum.

Team has passed nearly every test and benchmark I've needed from them.

-Lapped Edmonton in the standings, and successfully shut down McDufus last meeting
-Destroyed St. Louis
-Destroyed Florida (avenging earlier PDO'ing)
-Destroyed Minnesota in a home and home
-Destroyed Vegas
-Skated with Colorado and bested them at home
-Beat Toronto soundly
-Beat Tampa Bay soundly

They played Carolina fine despite lack of results.
I suppose the only thing remaining is winning in T-Mobile.

Feels like we're now just biding our time until playoffs. Bring on the post-season already!
