At the game. The atmosphere is dead. The bronx cheer came out for our 2nd shot. I have honestly never seen such a dreadful performance live. Let's hope they figure it out during the second.

Problem is so far Backlund is no where to be found and Tkachuk starts the rush by stopping dead and leaving it for Bennett.
So Bennett enters on a 1 on 2 with no other Flames to be found.

This is the weirdest start of the season I’ve seen in a long time. A lot of bad teams are good and a lot of good teams look average or bad.
Team better stop believing in their own hype and just play hockey instead of the whatever sport they’re playing right now.

It seemed like he had no sense of playing as a line or a 5 man unit. A promotion to the second line and hes trying to toe drag defenseman like hes Eric lindros. If you're backlund or tkachuk I dont know how you play with that.

We know BT tried to make moves this summer. Saying that they decided "maybe that's good enough" is not accurate.
