Could be the concussion, could be a bad attitude or a combination of any number of things. Fact remains that prospects don't always pan out. Even highly regarded ones.
I personally don't care for the "he doesn't care or doesn't work hard enough" explanation, as we can't really know what is going on in his head. Suffice it to say, the Flames were of the view that it was worth moving him to a rival for a 2nd. And it seems to have been a good move so far.
