It happens with all high-end offensive players... Even Crosby. They try to make plays that others won't because they have the ability and vision to pull it off. It doesn't always work though... That would have been raved as an awesome pass to hudler back door if it didn't get picked out of the air. It was a bad goal by ramo... Not going to blame Johnny for that.

if every single person disagrees with you, you just might be wrong this time

Even Gio just said they had a good period

I don't even remember that particular play but in general he turns over the puck too much, no question about that in my mind. It's not just by-product of being a high-skill player.

The score should be 1-0 for the Flames based on chances in the first period. Miller kept them at bay.

Mostly the comments about pulling him and the general assertion that he's a terrible goalie. He wasn't so terrible when he was putting up back to back shutouts earlier was he? Seriously though, 1 weak goal in the 1st period after not starting for a month, give the guy a break. He has shown on multiple occasions that he can steal us some games. I hate people dumping all over a guy hard after 1 softy. A softy after Johnny had a terrible turnover.

Flames can easily win this. Canucks looked tired. This is their 3rd game in 4 nights. Flames just have to bury some chances.

I think the Flames outplayed them that period, but Miller was outstanding. Hope we can get one in off a skate or something.
