They keep doing play action to Cornish and keep getting completions for decent yards, so no need to be running up the gut. Let Hamilton try and rush more and shutdown the passing game, then do a screen or delayed draw.
Dickenson knows what he's doing. Just can't get lazy on offense and make mistake, and on defense watch for the deep ball.
