Ugh, Foles is a backup moonlighting as a starter. Unless you want to try and build the Ravens "win it all with D and a garbage QB" and pray Foles gets hot you need a real quarterback. That needs to be fixed first.
I think people forget how hard it is to find a great QB, because we have been spoiled with Breese, Rodgers, Manning and Brady for so long.

The Eagles with a half decent D could easily make the playoffs with Foles, and win a round or two.

And the Ravens strategy seems pretty good considering they are most likely on their way to the playoffs for the 6th time in 7 years and won a superbowl.

Dallas still has plenty of chances to implode. I'd buy a ticket to watch the reaction if they lose two straight and barf up a playoff bid.

That said, it looks like the NFC playoff teams are set other than the NFC South. Just determining the seedings now.

ARZ, SEA, DAL, GB, DET are all in.

Chargers can never win a big game.

Yeah, Chargers season is done. From 5-1 to 5-4, than to 8-4 and now 8-7.

Say what you want about Flacco, he is about to start his 111th straight game. He had a bad year last year, but has bounced back nicely this year. There are a lot of Teams in the NFL who would love that type of stability at the QB position.

That's as bad of a tackling display in a half as you'll ever see.

Yup, people rag on Flacco but he's incredibly solid and reliable.

Especially when his offensive line isn't a hot, reeking pile of crap like other was last year. Last year they were some sorta suck.

Awesome game. Great entertainment.

Now next year, Thursday night needs to figure out how to get some Saturday night game juju.

I shut it off and watched something else, there was no way the Chargers were going to come back.... good heart but clearly a lot of holes on this chargers team to make any noise... a new low for the 49ers, i assume Crapernick didnt do much again?

Kaepernick really didn't lose them the game. But outside of his 90 yard TD run, did not really do much. His passing yardage in his last 4 games is pretty abysmal. 114 yards on 24 passing attempts was awful. He lacks the touch in his throws that a NFL QB should have.

I don't know if I actually want the Colts to win. This team is so painful to watch with Sanchez at quarterback that I think I'm good with waiting until next year to see them play another meaningful game. That said, why not start Barkley next week? He's pretty terrible, but at least you could maybe finally make a decision to drop him if he truly blows against the Giants.

People rag on Flacco because he's making as much as Aaron Rodgers and Peyton Manning when those two are, at least, twice as good at playing QB. But the market is the market, mid-level starters get elite money whether they deserve it or not (see Andy Dalton, Colin Kaepernick, Jay Cutler etc...). I guess at least Flacco won something first before getting paid.

I've never been so fired up for a combined 11-17 matchup before. Beat those Failclowns! You know it's a sad state of affairs this year when I'd actually prefer this game to be on the road (and outside in bad conditions)

In all the places the Saints have regressed, the most alarming for me is the OL. I've never seen their OG's look so bad in the Brees era than this year

I've thought Clausen has had a really solid first half. His receivers have let him down with a bunch of drops

Pats better wake up. Can't see them winning the AFC without home field.
