Was all the garbage grass clippings? Was the dead plant in a planter?

The plant is in a planter. There's a box of something other than grass clippings along with around 5 black bags of garbage.

It's on the right side of the parking lot to the Weaslehead.

Edit: I should say I don't know what is in the black bags... it could be lawn clippings. I just thought that lawn clippings would normally be in those orange bags.

PS was there again today (Saturday)and they are still there.

In other words he lied about his garbage, or at least intended to mislead the public into thinking that all he threw out was organic waste from his yard?
