Definitely a character win....I personally though the time on attack would heavily favour our opponent but somehow we win 7-2. And I pot my first goal of the year...though I've fully understood my role with this team is the below-average defensive winger ahahhaha

We wins again! Who dares to try to stop us? As long as our goalie learns to stop those hard shots that hit the top right corner of the net even though he is screened, we are money!

jar's goaltender interference play was by far the highlight of the evening.

Also, after tonight I think it's been confrimed that we have the most solid drinking team we've ever had. Man, we must have ordered 10 or 11 pitchers by the end of the night.....and thanks to Howie for the birthday shots to kick things off.

...and for those of you who didn't come out, you missed an awesome rendition of Sweet Caroline by the birthday boy (Bah bah bah, so good so good so good!!), and a nice quiet version of Unchained Melody by Mr. ref abuser.

Unfortunately my epic "tower of beer glasses" wasn't so well recieved by the owner of the pub. Even when we were drunkenly promising to give them $50 if the tower fell.

It looks like there are enough ice times booked for every team to play on eithr Wednesday or Thursday this week, regardless of how the division realigment goes (I'm assuming we'll stay in 4 and B Team will move up, while the Rebels move down).

Howie, I picked up the jerseys today, and as suspected, they didn't understand that I was asking for your namebars as a seperate order from the jerseys, and they stitched them on.

So I guess the easiest thing to do is to just have you wear the 93's for summer, and Justin will wear Josh's #6's. Then when summer season's over, we can take your namebars off and put velcro on them and the 93's, so you're all set to be properly counted in all the games you spare in next winter.

Unless of course Josh agrees to sell his jerseys to you, then you can just make the switch right away.

Can I pay you with a fistful of pennies? The newspaper told me they are getting rid of the penny, so hence my offer.

Pennies and Lucky lager are both acceptable forms of payment.

I have to go to city council that night. Starts at 7pm. There's about a 5% chance I can make it to our game as of right now. But I'll let you know, because someone may be covering that night.
