God knows how many times he has done this before and if there are more victims, hopefully they come forward. Good on the girl and her family for taking this seriously and filing a complaint immediately.

Not really. If the judge or jury disbelieves Kesler because his evidence lacks credibility, then his evidence can disregarded. Leaving only “she said”.
Plus it seems like there is corroborating evidence - her statements at the time, which his lawyer is trying to attack, indicate that things happened. Inconsistencies in the story don’t explain away why she went to authorities.
His wife, daughter and her friend clearly planned this all.
