Apparently this group, a Calgary based neo-nazi group, was in Lethbridge all day yesterday handing out pamphlets. Its all over the radio this morning, apparently they believe "Canada should be as white as Japan is Japanese". I'd never heard of them before and it seems like it is a small group but it's really sad that people can still subscribe to and endorse this kind of hatred crap today.

The news had a piece on them a couple weeks ago. They were protesting in Calgary, I believe, at the same time as an anti-racism protest. Sad to see these people will such poisoned minds and ignorant views.

Yeah, they are trying the "nice guy" approach, but really they are 100 years too late. Western society is far too diverse and rich in different cultures to return to the way it used to be.

Besides, if his group were to take their own teachings to heart, they really need to get the fata out of Canada. The examples given on the news by the leader was that Chinese should only be in China, Blacks in Africa, and East Indians in India; so that we could return to a "white European culture." Well, then, if you think everybody should just "go back where they came from", then they should all head back to Europe.

Caught a bit on the news this morning -- something like, all black people should go back to Africa, all chinese people should go back to China and all indians (i.e. non-natives) should go back to India...

The one question that popped up in my mind: "So when are you moving back to Europe, since white people didn't live in North America originally either"

Unfortunately, nobody asked that question...

What I find sad is that it works.

When they showed up in Calgary at the anti-racism rally they were very intelligent, well organized and knew exactly how far they could go and still be within the letter of the law while the anti-racist lobbyers were resorting to threats and hooliganism and then being escorted away by police.

I find this is a common trend because they are focused on a specific goal while those that oppose them seem content to simply reinforce a widely held belief. The concept of the "righteous will prevail" doesnt always work on its own virtue alone.

Guess which one is going to have more power in a focused environment.

Anyways thats enough, these people piss me off.

I'm sure employing any sort of logic with these people will fall on deaf (and dumb) ears.

This seems like a good thread as any to bring up American History X. Excellent movie about neo-nazis. I Highly recommend it.

Meh..these guys are nothing more than a minor nuisance now...how the heck are they gonna achieve that goal? They are too dumb to realise that their "ideal" Canada will never exist..its far, far, far too late for that. They are just jealous and bitter that some immigrants have work ethic and get the jobs that they are too lazy to work for.
