Google sponsers new X-Prize - $20 million to put a lander on the moon!

$20 million seems low for this, considering the original x-prize was $1 million, but getting into orbit is 60 to 70 times more energy required than the original x-prize suborbital target.
I figured the next x-prize would just be an orbital launch vehicle.

hopefully whoever gets a rover on the moon can take pictures of the US flag, plaque, or other evidence of the moon landing to shut up those damn conspiracists

Hahaha, people had enough trouble winning the first x-prize, now they want them to land on the moon? Even Governmental Organizations have trouble doing this on the moon or other planets. Remember the ESA's Beagle 2 lander? Huge amount of funding would be required as well as a large dedicated corporation. I don't see anyone suceeding.
Orbit would have made much more sense.
