Another drink I have or at least to start me out:
Vodka/Red Bull or Jager/Red Bull
Both are 65 cals for the liquor and depending on where you go but some places use half a can (57 cals) or even some "cool" bars use 1/3 can (38 cals). So you are looking anywhere between 103-122 per drink.
I find this is a good entrance to make the Vodka/Water (only 65 cals) taste better all throughout the night. But I'm what my friends call an alcholic, so it depends on how much pain you can handle for the Vodka Waters (the more the ice melts the better it will get, I promise) haha

I hate to say it ...but tonight I am planning to get a little saucy so a few vodka-waters will just have to do.
I do like Jager-Red Bull so I will be keeping that in mind tonight also.

It is definetly an option, especially when you are stuck at a bar and want 0 cals. I just wouldn't drink a lot of those. IMO

To be quite honest™ I would go get your seats, order two jager bombs from the waitress, drink up! By the time the waitress comes back around you will be feeling so great that some Vodka Water will be perfect.
This is how I always start my nights, usually I do the jager bombs before leaving my house so when I get there I am already feeling good. However I have really haven't been drinking that much lately (haven't had one drink in 3 weeks), I just get really stoned and dont have to drink

I hear you there. I used to be a Diet Pepsi addict until one of the guys at the gym(who happens to be a nutritionist) just about slapped me when I told him how much I drank of the junk. Having 0 cal's does not make good for you, in fact its quite the opposite.

That is actually really good too, I just skip the soda. Vokda/Water squeeze some lime in there for taste. I forgot all about that move.
1 quarter of a lime squeezed in a drink is only like 1 calorie, so go nuts until it taste good.

Ya its hard to stay away from, even Crystal Light has it. However it is only something like 60mg per 250ml. So if you only have a few to get you started and hide the taste its not so bad, but definetly not good for you.
I have one Coca Cola zero maybe once every week or two just to get my Cola kick out of the way with zero cals.
Its a tough one because drinking and healthy usually dont mix to well

only if you want it to be! I have cut down ALOT compared to what I use to do. Really only do it nights that I dont have the gym the next day.
I only work out Monday, Wednesday, Friday and rotate every Saturday with a work out OR paintballing.
You really shouldn't go to the gym everyday so there is always time to have a little fun. And its not like a do it before the gym, I just pick between drinking or getting ripped when I go out.

No doubt man. Drinking has been my only stumbling block....I have no problem eating very healthy everyday, I have no problem working out everyday....but I have a BIG problem trying to justify my drinking to myself.

I wont preach because I am no professional but your body needs days to rest bro. Regardless of how light or heavy you lift.
You build muscle while you are resting not while you are in the gym. I could almost gaurantee if you went to a 4 day rotation and fit the cardio/abs into those 4 days you could find yourself lifting more and feeling bigger.
But do what works for you I guess, I use to do the whole workout 7 days a week until I started reading so many books, magazines and talked to professionals. They all said the same thing about resting your body and building muscle outside of the gym.

Anyways, good luck tonight! If you dont remember anything that just means you had fun.
If you want PM your email address. I got a funny article that I read when I think to myself "I don't need to go to the gym today". You might enjoy it...its a good motivator and always a good laugh.
edit: dont have a link for it and just have it saved in word is why I would have to email it just incase you were wondering
