Default Finishing a basement in this contractor-short market

I'm looking for a quote to finish my basement but have no idea where to start in this contractor-short labor market. It's about 800 sqft and the outer walls are already framed, insulated and covered in plastic sheeting. All I want is to rough in a bathroom and carpet/drywall/ceiling the rest.

Can anyone share some tips on where to start?

Cheers

So, you need somebody to do electrical as well I'm guessing, right?

Yep. Unless it was too expensive, then I'd do it myself. It's the bathroom framing/drywall/carpet/ceiling where I'm in the dark.

The reason I ask..... you may run into additional problems trying to find somebody who is willing to work around your time to do the electrical. As an example- once you have the electrical wired you'll need the rough inspection done by the city. So you will have a pause between the time the framing is done and the drywall sheeting can start.

If you aren't in a hurry you could hire the jobs out seperately.

Now for the framing/drywalling/ceiling. Any tips or sources out there on where to get a quote / who wants work?

if you run all the wire yourself and put the boxes in, it will save you a fortune when the electrician comes in.

petersons electric is pretty good as far as price goes.
