Conroy is too good at this it doesnt matter where the pick is...every move he makes is gold. Picks up teams healthy scratches and high draft picks, improves team.

Did cleaner work with a 7th round pick than the oilers did with their 2027 1st.

Strategically finishing in Viggo Bjorck range!! I love it.

Honestly, can't lose em all and I love the vibe these guys are giving off right now. Beating good teams when they also need the wins sets a proper tone .

They draft where they draft. They take who they take, I just hope it's in the top 5.

...or maybe theyre just not as bad as people want them to be?

The have elite goaltending. they have an up and coming elite defenseman. they have numerous, young 2nd and 3rd line forwards. And now it looks like they may have an elite winger on their hands with Gridin.

They need an elite centre and another elite winger.

Maybe, at some point, people will soon realize that the rebuild didnt start this past February...it started 2 years ago. We're starting to see the results of that now and its fun.

Cooley is better at not losing than Wolf this year. It feels like our tank chances diminish every time he starts.

Looked like parekh was benched at the end. Noticed him in the first couple periods but didn’t see/notice what he did to earn the benching.

Flames are tied with the Hawks...some of you are acting like they just locked up 9th in the West

Honestly the way things have shaken out, after the top 2 picks I don’t see a big difference from 3-8
Verhoeff
Malhotra
Reid
Carels
Lawrence
Bjorck
Smits

Kinda all in a clump now
I might even be missing someone

Belchetz is a winger consistently in the top 10. Outliers like Rudolph or Suvanto could be honorable mentions. Teams reach all the time.

Great to see Gridin carrying the offensive load. Good for his development. Flames are in danger of falling to the next shelf of talent in the draft. It was unlikely they were going to stay in the top two, but falling to 8th would be a pretty big blow to the player they could get in this draft. Wins are fun, but Jesus do the Flames need to go on a 10 game losing streak to solidify their draft position and set themselves up for the future.

Some people are acting like they just won three in a row and they'd rather stay low in the standing at this point in the season. And no one called a late 1st useless, stop having imaginary arguments with people

Depending on who we draft Grindin appears to be our most exciting guy going forward. What a great piece of drafting by Conroy and the crew.

Gridin, yes, he's starting to show signs of becoming a very dangerous player. I'll grant you that.

But the rest of our under 23 players are still very early in their development. To suggest that we're starting to emerge from the rebuild is silly.

Tampa was on the 2nd half of a back to back and playing their backup goalie. Context matters.
