Roof Inspection and Fence Replacement - Advice Needed
Very soon I need two tasks done; I'm hoping some of you will know good people who do these jobs, have proper certifications, and are fair with pricing.
1) Roof inspection. This was built as a high quality roof, is made of concrete tiles, was installed around 41-42 years ago. Will need an assessment of the condition of the roof, and how much longer we can expect to rely on it.
2) Fence replacement. A large fence covering the entirety of the back yard and part of the side of the property. It's falling apart and needs to be replaced. Approximately 37m of fencing, about 2m tall. Emphasis on privacy and affordability - aesthetics not a top concern.
Any advice and/or recommendations are appreciated.
