Another glorious ENG loss with Jarry allowing 3 of first 9, 5/31 total for 0.839 while the Oil mustered 16 shots at home.
Seattle, San Jose, LA, Nashville are all close behind the Oil and some just need to convert some games in hand.
The Ducks passed Vegas and somehow the Canucks actually won a game!
Go west coast teams go!!

When they packaged that first off with Mangiapane, I was thinking: “Maybe the secret genius plan is to trade McDavid next year to try to replenish as much of the cupboard as possible”, because it’s SUPER bare…plus, they couldn’t be dumb enough to just let him walk away for nothing in two years, right…?
And then I remembered which franchise I was thinking about. (And then I took a shower.)

It is crazy how bad the pacific division is this year. Even Vegas looks like a fraud with how they have played against playoff teams this year.
Hoping Edmonton keeps losing and Seattle/Utah/Nashville/Anaheim/LA can boot them out of a playoff spot. Would be so hilarious for Edmonton to miss the playoffs in a division this bad.

Pretty sure the mangiapane trade removed the lottery protection on their 2026 1st round pick so it would go to San Jose regardless.
