Initially thought that said Perry as in Corey which made me laugh cause I just read this morning LA promised not to move him. Oh well.

If you can call what he was doing with the Panthers "playing hockey". I would call it something else.
They were hoping he would be OEL 2.0, but he was just pretty bad much of the time. He's cooked.

OEL, then it was Schmid. Both of them worked great, Petry was another gamble which just didn't work. Yeah, he's cooked.

Guerin has done some tidy work as GM.
Being able to navigate the albatross of the Parise and Suter buyouts was not easy. The increasing cap did make that less of an issue, but it still needed to be dealt with.
