Loving the challenges for this season. They all feel very fresh and unique. I still don't understand why US Survivor can't incorporate any of them. That one where Simon had to climb that ladder and balance blocks was fun. They could use that as an individual challenge... also shocked to find out Simon is not actually gay. I always assumed he was, as he's known as Survivor's gay icon.

IMO 24 hrs after the last episode is cool to discuss. Because the episodes come out in the morning here a lot of people can't watch them till the evening.
That said great season so far. Loved episode 5

I think let all 3 episodes play and then discuss. The show moves so fast and then 4 days of breathing room.
On episode 5 - Amazingly shocked on how Jackson stepped, it was incredible gameplay. But man, I really would have loved to had seen how the blackmail would have played out!

Jackson took a bit of a risk saying "I won't take it"
He could have gone with "I have it so don't vote for me"

I don't know that I've seen a weaker player than Tez in any Survivor. He simply has no skills at all. Considering he is in law school you'd think he'd at least have the gift of the gab.

And not just Tez. Daniel was truly awful, and Caleb, Don and others aren't much better. Overall, I think the cast isn't great compared to other Aussie Rules Survivor seasons. It feels like they really wanted the returning players to dominate so they seeded the player pool with some weak players. Weak players make the game worse though in my opinion. You can't get the huge game shifting moves without players capable of seeing and executing those moves.

They are giving him an awful edit. I refuse to believe someone could get through the entire application and selection process, get casted, and then be that....useless?
